The component hopper of the feeding system provides space for several hundred small parts and can be easily refilled. Automatic refilling is optionally available and enables operation without interruption. The parts are handled gently to avoid any potential damage. This makes the hopper suitable even for sensitive components and ensures a continuous, trouble-free production process.

Our robotic feeding system ensures fast and accurate picking and placing of components. With the help of an integrated camera, part positions are detected, enabling exact handling. The placement of components is carried out with high precision.
The system is equipped with a PN/PN coupler interface. In addition, part data can be transmitted via TCP/IP to a higher-level system to ensure seamless integration into your production environment.
